We are a family dedicated to the restaurant business since 1991, we opened The Matandeta after remodeling the old farm which belonged to our father and grandfather Manuel Baixauli Romeu, the Matanda.
Located in the middle of rice fields that make up the Albufera Natural Park, this is a charming restaurant located in a privileged place.
The restaurant “La Matandeta” offers typical local cuisine based on rice cooked on open wood fires along with other creative dishes.
